That’s Not All, Folks:

This is the first cartoon directed by Jack King, who would later direct most of the Donald Duck cartoons from 1937 up until his retirement in 1947.

This is the first time where Cookie is blonde instead of brunette.

What I Like About This One:

An obese guy having to pay for two tickets since he needs two seats for himself.

Two lookalike gentlemen sneaking past the ticket booth by ducking down and then coming back up once they pass.

A dog using a fan’s swinging hips to have his back scratched.

The hole in the fence gag.

The announcer accidentally swallowing the ball.

Where Can I Watch It?

At archive.org! (I apologize for the inconsistent quality as the cartoon is currently not restored and the best quality available has multiple splices in it so the parts cut out are sourced from an old TV print).
