That’s Not All, Folks:
This is the first cartoon to be produced by Leon Schlesinger, the first appearances of Buddy and Cookie, and the first of two cartoons directed by Tom Palmer.
What I Like About This One:
Buddy’s car having the word “Asthma” written on it, as well as having all of its parts blasted off with a hose and shaking water off like a dog.
The “Wugee, Wugee, Wugee” scene with various species (although bees ask “buzzy, buzzy, buzzy?”).
The way Elmer and the dog avoid hitting a woman on a bridge.
