That’s Not All, Folks:
This is the first cartoon to use the Looney Tunes theme from late 1933 to mid 1936 (“Buddy’s Day Out” used a variant of it).
What I Like About This One:
The boat being propelled by dogs sniffing hot dogs on fishing rods.
The anchor having a life of its own.
The parade scene.
The bad guy trying to kiss Cookie through the phone line but getting slapped instead.
