This is the first time where the Two Curious Dogs are pitted against each other.

This is the final Warner cartoon released in the 1930’s (I still can’t believe we’ve made it this far already).

This is also the first Two Curious Dogs cartoon to have no dialogue.

The Blue Danube plays when the white dog accidentally causes the park’s lights to turn on.

The restored print uses the incorrect ending theme.

What I Like About This One:

The white dog barking at the cat statue atop the “Black Cat Cafe” and getting closer to it leads to him falling off and landing on the “Master Switch”, turning everything on and alerting the brown dog of an intruder’s presence.

The brown dog chasing the white dog into the “House of Mirrors” with the brown dog staring at his reflection while walking before he sees the white dog sneaking past the one opening that isn’t a mirror. Realizing something’s not right, the brown dog does various poses in front of the mirror with the white dog imitating them all. The brown dog eventually catches on when the white dog imitates a walk in front of the mirror at the wrong time.

A row of stairs collapsing from the brown dog’s weight.

The white dog posing as the head of a cardboard cutout of a female.

The white dog falling into a popcorn machine that salts his rear end and pours liquid butter on his head when the brown dog turns the machine on.

The white dog barking at the stuffed cats which are prizes for a “Win a Kitty” game.

Both dogs sliding down a long, sleep slide into the water below.

The brown dog attacking a bunch of toy dogs that look exactly like the white dog before realizing the actual white dog is on the other side of the gate, panting happily. The brown dog breathes heavily in anger before hysterically breaking down into tears.

Where Can I Watch It?
