That’s Not All, Folks:
The cartoon was given a Blue Ribbon reissue. Since the original titles are lost, I will present the credits here:
Supervision: I. Freleng
Music Score: Norman Spencer
Animation: Paul Smith and Robert Clampett
Interestingly, the original end card was found in July 2014. You can view it here.
This is one of the first Warner cartoons to have a running gag: in this case, the bird in a cuckoo clock is repeatedly attacked by an Indian and his tomahawk.
What I Like About This One:
A kettle literally whistling in tune to the opening chorus.
A pair of pants dancing.
The villain using a mousetrap to launch himself up to where the boy and girl are.
The boy blowing up a set of dentures to substitute them for coins.
The girl kicking the villain in the face when he first tries to kidnap her.
The villain loses his head and replaces it with a more attractive face. The girl finds him handsome, leaving the boy dumbfounded.
