That’s Not All, Folks:

The cartoon was given a Blue Ribbon reissue but the original titles have recently been found. You can view them here.

This is the shortest Warner Bros. cartoon released in the 1930’s; barely clocking in at six minutes.

The cartoon reuses animation from “Flowers for Madame”, “Billboard Frolics”, “Clean Pastures”, and “How Do I Know It’s Sunday”.

Caricatures include Ruby Keeler, Dick Powell, Al Jolson, Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, Fats Waller, and Louis Armstrong.

What I Like About This One:

A bottle of Blueing Tonic singing “Am I Blue?”

A snake charmer charming a tube of toothpaste (the toothpaste wiggles like a snake).

A rubber glove blowing himself up and playing a bagpipe-like tune to accompany boxes of “carmel” (camels) dancing.

Al Jolson's singing of the title song.

A log cabin labeled “Cabin Syrup” having rain pouring over it and using windshield wipers on the windows.

The animation of the man on a box of “Tareytown Cigarettes” dancing with the woman on a box of “Domingo Cigarettes”.

The “Nagasaki” musical sequence at the end.

Where Can I Watch It?
