That’s Not All, Folks:

This was the first cartoon to feature the bullseye rings and the first Merrie Melodie to have “That’s all folks!” written out.

The beginning reuses a scene from “Pop Goes Your Heart” where the black cub gets curious about a turtle, only for the turtle to attack it.

What I Like About This One:

The honking noise when the turtle bites the black cub’s nose.

Whenever the cubs cry out in pain, they sound like monkeys.

When the brown cub laughs at his brother’s mishap with the turtle, the black cub tries to throw a rock at him. But the brown cub ducks, causing the rock to hit their father.

The brown cub struggling to count to one million and two.

The black cub hiccups causing his Fedora to fall on his tail.

The cubs’ attempt at pulling the brake on the wagon causing the wheels to become destroyed in the process.
